General Information

Reservations
Appointments are strongly recommended. We will call you the day before your reservation to confirm your date and times. A credit card number is required to reserve all facial, massage, body treatments, spa packages, hair relaxers, permanent waves, manicure/pedicure combinations or pedicures and require a 24-hour cancellation notice to prevent a credit card charge equal to the missed service.

Punctuality
Time is valuable to all of us. Punctuality is a necessity for all reservations. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to all facial, body and massage services so that you may change, relax, and receive the full benefit of your reservation time. Any client arriving 15 minutes past the time of his or her reservation may be asked to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. Facials, massages, body treatments, manicure/ pedicure combinations or pedicures, all packages, permanent waves, and hair relaxers require a 24-hour cancellation notice to prevent a credit card charge equal to the missed service.

Children
For the safety of your child, and the enjoyment of our clients, no children or cell phones are allowed in the spa area. In addition, please ensure your child can contribute to our stress-free environment in the salon area. We will be happy to reschedule your service if this is not possible. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available in any dollar amount or for specific services or packages, and they never expire. Complimentary packaging is available. Gift Cards may be purchased in person, by phone or online at michaelanthonyspa.com. Special delivery and mailing are also available.

Parking
North Avenue: Street Parking or our parking lot when space is available. Please observe the areas restricted to 30 minutes.
Belmont Avenue: Street Parking
State Street: Street and garage parking is available nearby.

Spa Area
For your enjoyment and for the safety of your children there are no infants, children or cell phones allowed in the Spa or nail area. Alcoholic beverages are not legally allowed or permitted in the Salon or Spa area. Smoking is not allowed in Michael Anthony SalonSpas.

Recycling
We recycle at our SalonSpas and encourage you to recycle cans or glass bottles brought into the SalonSpa.
